Function features: Electric resistance welding method with Mitsubish PLC control systerm and servo motor driving.

1. This machine adopts Mitsubish PLC control systerm technique. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable.

2. The support rod is controlled by stepping motor. The profile wire is automatically by roller driving motor.

3. The wedge wire screen length and slot can be adjust during welding.

4. Welding transformer: 200KVA

5. Wire feeding way:The support rod wire should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work.

6. Material:Suitable for low carbon steel, SS304,SS316, and so on.
